Take the next step

Hi [First Name],

Applying to graduate programs can be daunting, but we’re committed to helping you along each step of the process so you can proceed with confidence.

Step one: Review required materials.

None of our graduate programs require the GRE. We have eliminated this structural barrier to promote a more equitable, diverse and inclusive student body.

Required materials

Step two: Contact potential faculty advisors

Contact faculty members with whom you share research interests to inquire about their capacity for taking on new students prior to applying to the public health doctoral program.
  • Environmental and occupational health faculty
  • Epidemiology faculty
  • Global health faculty
  • Health policy faculty
  • Health promotion and health behavior faculty
Step three: Submit your application.

We highly encourage submitting your application by the priority deadline because there are a limited number of spots and funding opportunities available.

Review additional details about the public health application process.

If you have any questions about the application process, please do not hesitate to email us at cphhsadmissions@oregonstate.edu.

Sincerely,
