Pursue cutting-edge nutrition research focused on improving human health and prepare for your professional career in academia, government or industry.
Our faculty’s research is broad, covering a number of areas relevant to human health and the prevention of chronic disease, including metabolic bone disease, cancer, obesity and diabetes.
The use of model organisms – coupled with novel research technologies (nutrigenomics, metabolomics and lipidomics) – enable our students and faculty to define the impact of nutrients and other dietary factors on human health.
